Step Into Singapore’s Oldest Bar
Through a rigorous brand strategy exercise, we discovered that Bar & Billiard Room held the prestigious title of being the oldest existing bar in Singapore, established in 1896. This historical legacy became the cornerstone of our strategy.
Our challenge was compelling: while BBR was renowned for its afternoon lunches and famous Sunday champagne brunches, it had lost its identity as a prominent bar destination. Our research revealed a stark contrast between public perception and the desired positioning of BBR as a premier bar.
To address this, we embarked on a mission to rejuvenate BBR’s image, emphasising its status as a vibrant bar. Central to our strategy was the introduction and showcasing of an impressive whisky collection, along with weekly whisky flights and themed evenings. Additionally, we launched a dedicated social media channel, keeping our audience engaged and informed about upcoming events and offerings.
By redefining its narrative and engaging directly with its target audience, we repositioned Bar & Billiard Room as a distinguished and beloved bar in Singapore’s social scene.
