








Step into Singapore’s oldest bar
Through a deep dive into the brand strategy, we discovered that the Bar & Billiard Room (BBR) was the oldest existing bar in Singapore, established in 1896. This historical fact became the foundation of our approach, our content strategy and the heart of our narrative.
The challenge was clear: while BBR was known for its afternoon lunches and popular Sunday champagne brunches, it had lost its identity as a standout bar. Our research showed a big difference between how people saw BBR and its potential as a top bar in Singapore.
To address this, we focused on bringing BBR’s bar identity back to life. We highlighted its impressive whisky collection and introduced weekly whisky flights and themed evenings as key draws. Additionally, we launched a dedicated social media channel, keeping our audience engaged and informed about upcoming events and offerings.
By reworking the brand story and directly connecting with our audience, we repositioned Bar & Billiard Room, bringing it back into the spotlight as a well-loved part of the social scene.
